Letter from Elder Peacock...10/3/2011

This week was really good.  I had been looking forward to conference, just anticipating the day of it´s arrival.  It finally came and it delivered.  This was by far my favorite conference ever!  It was so good!  There wasn´t just one talk that was good, but all of them, literally.  I was amazed because every talk was just so good and I liked them all.  It was awesome to be glued to the TV again, but in a good way.  I was hanging on to every word.  I especially liked EVERY time President Monson spoke, and I liked Elder Bednar´s talk because it got me psyched to do some family history when I get home.  I got a lot out of all the talks.  Tad R. Callister, the new member of the '70 Presidency gave the perfect missionary talk, I loved it.  My boy Jeffrey R. Holland was the first talk I heard, and he delivered like a champ, as always:)  And it came down to the last talk or last closing remarks of the Sunday evening session by President Monson, and the transmitter device was having problems that session, it was frustration in the worst way because I just wanted and needed to hear the Prophet´s voice without fuzz and without problems, so I prayed just let me hear the Prophet´s voice and I will be ok.  But it all worked out.  I loved it, I am already anticipating the 182 semi-annual conference next April!  But conference was so good, President Monson is so funny and our beloved Prophet!  Things are going good, next week is transfer week, already -- wowz.  So we´ll see what happens there.  But yeah, hope you guys liked the letters.  I love you all, hope you all enjoyed conference and got lots of good stuff out of it, if not go watch it again, ahw, watch it again anyways :) Hope everyone is well....I love you.

Love,
Elder Peacock
